Many Psychiatric Service Dog owners carry identification cards as another form of documentation. Under the ADA, these items are not required. However these accessories are very popular and useful to clients. ID cards are used to distinguish PSDs from normal pets. These ID cards are not a substitute for a PSD prescription letter.

Steps to order your PSD ID card

1) Book an PSD ID card appointment online
2) Reserve a date and time on our calendar and we will start the order for you

4) The provider will initiate your order and will send you a confirmation email.
5) The turn around time for ID cards is between 7-10 business days.
